We ship through USPS services. Please contact us if you would prefer faster shipping. We will be happy to Priority Mail or Express Mail via USPS for additional fees. Just shoot us an email after your order at info@newcastlecollectibles.com and we will contact you about any extra cost. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the the item you have received, we offer a 10-Day no-hassle return policy. As long as the item is still in our original holder we will be happy to accept your return. Please contact us if you would like to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund payment will be issued through company check and funds will be mailed within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item. 

Original Holder Policy

As you've noticed, we offer certified and raw coins. If the coins are removed from the certified holder (PCGS, NGC, ANACS or others), or New Castle Coins' paper or plastic holder, the return will not be accepted. There are some unscrupulous buyers that will switch coins and then try to return them, so our original holder is a necessity for any return. Please call or email if you would like to return any item. Thanks for your business and we hope no return is ever necessary.
